You are correct. Dave and the guys take time to pack it the best way to help prevent damage. Once out of thier hands... Only God knows. But I had very minimul damage, a little chip in the corner of the hood... looks as if they sat sumthing on top of the box. Its cool, thats why they made SPOT PUDDY.

I can speak from experience of working in the shipping dept of a company, once it's in the box, they pretty much think it's indestructible, if you think something might be damaged, always open it with the driver and before you sign the waybill

i am just also upset with their delivery services...they had my kit for over a week there and never called me or said nethin. after realizing they havnt called me yet i called them and asked them when they will ship it and they said they dont know and i should try the next day. so i called again and the guy i spoke to said he will make sure it will be on the truck on monday. well i was expecting a call on monday but didnt recieve one so i called them and they said i was schedueld for pick up........after denying that they say o yea u have to scheduel a delivery time then..thought i already did but ok wtvr, now it is schedueled for tmrw and i hope this time they dont screw up.

lotsa typing yes..im sry more outa frustration right now. and maybe all this is usually normal with most companies with these huge packages so i duno i might b just overly impacient.

it's the hassle they go through to ship it to a residence, if you're a company and have a regular pickup, that's no problem. And a hood or bodykit isn't that big a package really. One option you can try is see if you can pick it up from them
