Hey everybody i need your help, well i just ordered a set of seats today ( nothing expensive so dont get your hopes up) anyways how can i still use the factory seat belt i noticed when i took out the passenger seat that the part the seat belt clicks into comes out with it and i took the plastic sheild off and tried to undo that bolt and it just wasnt comming off any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

he's talking about the fact that the factory seat belt-clicker-on-thingy, is attached to the factory rails next to the center console. I have no idea if there's a spot on the new rails for it or if you have to fabricate a mounting point on the center consol area. That's a very good question. might try PMing people that have replaced the seats in thier cars.

I think it's a 15 or 17mm socket to get it off. just put it on there and stand on it, lol.

 

hey thanks everybody.... well i finally got the d@mn thing off .. if it doesnt come off the first time beat on it till it does.. now i just have to wait for my seats to come in to see how im gonna mount the factory seat belt receptical i'm just gonna have to wait and see and i'll post when i figure everything out . thanks for everyones help i was about one step away from gettin the dremel out and cuttin it off.
