Exclamation Should I sell my new HID'S?!?!?!?!?

Well, here's the deal... There are a few guys locally who have lancer's and are the anti-forum types. One of them has uncle-ben'd his lancer, one is doing all performance, and the other is going the accolade route. Well the last one saw my HID's and wants to buy them from me REALLY REALLY badly. I told him the site where he can get a set of his own, but he's one of those rich little $hits where his daddy buys everything for him, so he is use to getting what he wants when he wants it. And he seems to want my new HID kit from xenon depot???

So when he asked me if they were for sale, I replied jokingly "anything's for sale for the right price"... He said, "in that case will you take $500 cash this week"!!! I said are you serious.... he said "as a heart attack".

I told him I'd call him tomorrow morning with a definite answer. What should I do???? HELP!!!!

I say sell it for at least $100 more than what you bought for. That way at least you made a slight profit. And the rich kid wont really care. It aint his money.

I got a decent deal on them, so $500 is right around what I paid with some new mounting hardware and odds and ends to get everything hidden and clean looking under the hood... So this would break me even...

BUMP!!!

If i sell them, Im gonna use the cash to pay for the rest of the airbrushing I just had done on my girlfriends show car (2004 Mazda3 5dr). It will get rid of that bill, and later in the season Ill pick up another set of HID's maybe in a group buy???

tell him your selling them on the forum, and someone already made you an offer for $600, so if he really wants them he's gotta pay more...lol
