the way i have it right now is 2 pieces of cf are butting against each other, and they need to be offset because the cf is accent, not the main material. but if you got the aluminum hvac trim, not only would it accent the cf and stock black, but it would also draw focus to the hvac/radio and doesn't this make sense?

i mean, it is dead center in the car, also, it should be the center of attention cause its where the radio is and the climate control. just a thought, but i think that would look awesome

i'll see if i can find a pic to photochop
that's exactly how I want to do my interior pieces. I didn't want the HVAC trim to be done in CF, but I'm starting to notice like lil scractches on it. So I'm like dammit, I might as well get it done. (I dunno where the scractches came from, but it pisses me off when I look at it )

That is simply the hottest interior I have seen in a long time in a Lancer. 220 is an excellent deal. I am so jealous now it isnt even funny. They also have pillar pods on ebay FYI. Congrats

Dude - go buy the Evo HVAC and sell me the CF one!

Seriously, though - it looks outstanding. Congrats to Fibercation!

PS - I was going to send in my ashtray lid to get done, but I couldn't get it off the tray. Any secrets?

thanks man. for the lid, look on the sides where it hinges onto the tray, just stick a flathead in there and pry it up and off the metal rods which it pivots on. just be careful, cuase i could never get those dam springs on again

i believe for that price... the pieces are overlayed.. just like it says, carbon fiber overlayed your stock parts.... still looks good regardless

yeah, what 03lancoz said.

and the cf is stuck pretty good to the stock trim. they drilled a ton of little holes, and i guess epoxied the cf to the trim, then epoxied over it for the finish. i tried to peel a little corner off and i honestly couldn't

Can FIBERCATION overlay ANYTHING u send them? or just these pieces that you got done?

Nobody offers a triple gauge A-pillar pod in cf, so I was thinking of ordering a black triple gauge pillar pod, and having it shipped out with my passenger side A-pillar, plus my B and C pillars to get wrapped in CF.

Also, does the CF from FIBERCATION match the CF on ur wing? (random question, but just curious)

(oopz nevermind u got a lancer hehe, sorry )
