First cut out the metal on the hood that holds your front grille. Make it real smooth. that will allow the front end to fit. then the next part is the hardest.... Cut the sides off and trim out about 2 inches off teh edge. then get a c-clamp hold 1 side to the front part of bumper about 1/4 of an inch away.
LAy a strip of fiberglass mat underneath.
let dry.
apply bondo through the crack.
let dry
Sand smooth 400 grit.
Then add fiberglass to desired thickness.
sand smooth with 400 grit.
then do the same to other side


I did that on a Lancer ES in Tampa. The guy was a friend of my uncle's and brought his sons car up to my house. He wanted something wild and different. SO that was my first idea. Takes about a weekend depending on how good you are with fiberglass.
