Ya, now that I added my header to complete my exhaust system, I noticed a huge difference in power. Letting your car breathe properly is a must! You will notice a sufficient power gain.

 

Ok, what kind exhaust should I go with I want a deep sound.

 

Magnaflow is quiet but has a deep sound when you really hit it. GReddy Evo is good also. I guess it depends on how much you want to spend.

But going with header + downpipe + cat-back = better breathing and better performance.
