Finally!! I got the mirrors that I've wanted for a long time but wasn't about to pay $300 for them. I got them from a friend of mine here in AZ for about half that. The install wasn't that bad once I got the right tools. Let me know what everyone thinks.......I know some aren't gonna like them and some will, that is cool. They are definately an aquired taste, but I like them. The only thing that sucks about them is they are hard to get set in place. But besides that I give them a Big

They look good man, but they look flimsy too. Do they feel flimsy at all???

 

They aren't "flimsy" but they are hard to get to stay in place. They're on a pivot at the base and I haven't had them out on the Interstate yet but just going around town, 50mph or so, they haven't moved at all. So I'll find out tonite if they are good at 70-80mph too.

Nah, the "bolts" on the outside are just for show....its held in place by three screws on the inside of the mirror. If you take your stock mirrors off you'll see that three bolts hold them on..you just put on the APR mirror in it's place and use the three screws where the bolts were.

I heard they suck for backing up... Other than that they look friggin sweet. Now we need to find you a carbon fiber roof and some doors....

 

They aren't that bad for viewing, just take some getting used to...

As for a CF roof, I'm looking into that....doors, not gonna happen...Maybe Fenders though
