The floor bar is a "JDM Floor Bar"

 

its a jdm floor bar from ebay it connects the seat belt bolts. Its a suspension mod i felt a little bit of a difference but i cant tell because i already have all of the other bars so i cant really tell. I picked it up because its pretty cheap for one and it looked cool
