*New SMOKED out headlights!*

Well I finally got my Night Shades in and I'm really happy with the way it turned out !! The headlights were the only thing that had any chrome left to them and now they have a "black chrome" look to them... I only did about 1 coat, maybe alittle more but not too much. I didn't want to put too much on and then have to worry about my headlights not being able to shine through bright enough. But enough gibber-gabber, on with the pics

Adam

I included a before pic to show what they used to look like and what they look like now

The OLD look:

The paint did give them a "different" texture but once it's on there for a while it'll smooth out....My tails looked the same way right after they were done. I put these on the car about a half hour after painting them. Thanks for the comment though

I managed to fit a white turn signal bulb down in there....It's not made to fit, but with a little "push" it went in. I've had it in for about 2 years now and no problems

I think it looks pretty sweet. Probably would have more of a darker "smoke" look if you blacked them out though, but still, it's cool to see something different like that. good job.

I'm gonna try and put another coat on it....I'm also gonna try and sand it down so it's smooth and shiny, see if that helps.
