update...i changed my brake pads today...crappy ones for now but they were starting to grind really bad...but im ognna fix the exhaust and wastegate next week and then ill prolly pick up some slotted rotors

Nice, good job. I couple of things to watch. Every weekend for the first month, check all your bolts make sure everything is tight. You should check for exhaust leaks first. THen once you get that taken care, check for boost leak. I'm not sure though what you should see on the boost gauge but you can spend extra for a boost leak tester.
