All I've got to say isWWWWWWOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!!!! Those 9 page's of post's had more drama than a years worth of watching Day's of your Lives. I'm tired and emotionally worn after reading that!! Anyway, I've been doing alot of reading on this whole nitrous issue over the last couple months and the way I've been hearing it is 80% saying have nothing to do with it, and about 20% saying they've had no trouble. So I'm going to settle it once and for all, I have a Nitrous Express kit, automatic bottle opener, purge, 10lb bottle, the whole dealy, and I installed Forged pistons and rods so I could run the nitrous without nearly as much worry as doing it stock. But here's what I'm gonna do, since I didn't find it that big a problem switching to the forged, I'm gonna switch back, install my kit early and start running it with a 35 shot to start, then I'll increase the shot after every bottle and see how far it goes, now if it's like I've read in half the post I've read then I won't make it past 35, but I'm betting it handles a bottle at 50 easy, and 75 is where I start getting iffy, but we'll all see where or if she blows and I'll post pics as I go so you all know I'm not kiddin around, it's all in the name of science! Mines a wet sytem, and I like to run 3 colder on the plugs, but at the very least everyone will be able to chill for a while and sit back and wait to see what happens... I'll be letting ya all know when I plan on starting this expieriment, won't be too too long away but let's find out how she really likes the juice and put this to bed!! Oh yeah, one more thing, I get laid all the time, this morning before work was the last time, it's wicked sh#t but it doesn't make my car go faster and until it does I'll love my cars more than I could ever love her!! Peace!!

^^Don't really see the point in spending money just so people know not to run 75 shot. All the posts I've read involving large shots almost always end in tragedy. There's all the general idea of nitrous oxide, when the hell can you use it, going to school and back? I'm perfectly happy taking that extra 1/2 a second to get up to speed. Plus cops don't exactly look to kindly on an import with nitrous, it simply screams "I'm a street racer, but don't tell anyone".

Its not as simple as "if I run too much nitrous my pistons will do this" you could have a host of other problems. Hell I installed a bored out intake manifold and my pistons and rings actually melted to the point of my block needing to be bored out.

I've got tons of time, and I won't gun it to gain a half a second, I'll gun it to hear and feel it! I live way up north in Canada with not a whole lot to do, I work 6 days on, 6 off, and make a ridiculous amount of money for doing pretty much nothing other than watch water run down hill so I need a project, as far as fixing a blown engine.. I'ld just get a new one, the 4g94 is dirt cheap, like 800-1000 us used, well worth the fun I'll have working on my car, driving the hell out of it till it blows, if it does, I haven't blown it yet, and I'm not trying to prove anything. Trust me I've done way more retarded things than this, this is just for sh@ts and giggles, I love working on my stuff, I always have a motor in mid rebuild, racing snowmobiles in the winter, and riding dirtbike in the summer, by the way, nitrous on a sled.......... more frakin fun than should be legal!! Doing this will be such a blast, and then having it all documented with pics so I 'll always have them, what's wrong with that, and I'll post so all you dudes can watch, laugh and wonder if I'm on glue! It's only a motor, it's not like I'm goig to blow up my car.. Unless.......... Plus it's not my only ride, I bought it purely as a bombaroundtownmobile anyway!

I've from Canada too, and I think nitrous oxide is retarded, but have fun, wish I had more money than I knew what to do with.

since your engine is gonna be f*cked anyways, you might as well put some slicks on it, strip it, and run 200 shot and see if you can beat Rob's lancer.

Ah no, my sisters fiancee works as a geologist on the rigs making 5k$ a week to basically sit in his own personal trailer, do some sample work, read playboy and watch crappy tv. I'm more a fan of getting a PhD and getting paid a crap load to do what I love.

To each his own dude, I decided to take the money and run, decided not to go back to the U of A after my first year, I came to conclusion that I would rather get the cash now, and be able to do, buy, and go where I please! Do what I want without any financial worries instead of furthering my education by financing my future on an idea that what I decided to study would be unlike anything else, that even though I totally dig something, it would most likely end up with the same result, doing anything every day for the next 2\3,s of your life would feel the same, some days you love it, some days you wish it didn't exist. I don't work the rigs, I own a house I sleep in every night, I work my shift of 6 days, then do whatever I want during the next six because those are my days off. Been doing it since I was 20, and I'm 31 now and I'm established with all the toys a dude could want, I have tons of respect for you doing the school thing bro, instead of starting out my chosen career with a huge debt hanging over my head, I chose to make the money and be established in my job with assets at the same age. And I can't ever recall sitting in a trailer by myself reading playboys, watching ****ty tv, You should tell your bro in law to head up here, he'll have a house and ect. inside a year!

He's making 5k$ a week, my sister and him already have a house, they're financially very secure, hell she's a space physicist so I doubt they're have problems. I'm a huge supporter of education (part of the reason why I'm not a fan of Kleins), if you look at the statistics its getting harder and harder to find a well paying job that doesn't require a degree of some sort. Plus I'm in genetics, hardly a static subject.

Genetics, Cool, do you think you could come up with some kind of genetic improvement on the woman, like one without vocal cords maybe?? Or some kind of superwoman, I've got some idea's for that one, I've got a few volumes of notes on the improvements that need to be done in that area, let me know if your interested!!!!!!!

But really, genetics is way cool dude, almost as cool as shiny, loud and fast cars. And I'm with you on the klien issue, that dude is nothing but a Criminal of the worst kind, he's been stealing from us for a long time, I have a few pretty intense beefs with that dude and anyone who would support him, if he were the head of a middle eastern or eastern european country the americans would be over there bombing his *** because of "weapons of Mass destruction", he's as bad as stalin, he's jus not allowed to kill people outright, he would rather them starve or freeze to death slowly, MAN I HATE THAT GUY!!!
