Intercooler looks good bro. Just sucks you had to sell some of your other stuff to pay for the turbo. Although it definitly is worth it for boost! How's it running? Any problems with install or the turbo in general?

 

looks great...hopefully mine will look like but in black in a few more weeks...i think i get mine back on the road next week...i would deff like to get a lil meet going together with all the FI lancers around the metro area.....but once again the car is looking good

 

The car is running strong. Peak boost so far is at 5.6. No problems at all, except I get an "over rev" CEL when I run it hard. No big deal, its just annoying to turn it off everytime. I'm not burying the needle either, Shifting at 5200rpms. I thought it would suck that I got rid of the body kit/wing/cf hood but come to think about it, I feel i grew out of the whole show scene. I really like the look of a sleak, semi-stock looking beast like imapunkclaimer has got going on also. I didnt want to take too many pics with a ****ty camera because I don't think it does the car justice. I wish I had a vegasevo around the east coast to do a photoshoot lol. As soon as I get some quality shots, ill post them up. Im sorry i got a little pissed off before but It's pretty annoying when you have been working on a car for 2 years and FINALLY do something huge like a turbo and then someone comes on your thread and posts something stupid like "wanna race." It just shows that they have no appreciation for it what so ever.

I don't know if its that Ty, I think everyone has seen enough RRM kits on Lancers. Yes, we understand how you are excited to be boosted, but I bet there are at least 200 threads on this since evoM's inception, its kinda.........well............played out, so thats why you aren't getting the huge responses you were hoping for.

People get excited about new, revolutionary, or unique stuff that hasn't been done before.

is300s are slow. ive beaten a modified one with 3 people in my car going up a hill. no joke. stage 1 prolly cant take em, but just wait till he steps up.

 

sure are purdy to look at though I dunno, I guess I like them cause they look alot like the lancer, just more luxurious and with an extra kick of power

I think they were comparing a turbo is300 though, which is well........pretty fast (at least it can be).
