for the rear drums, get a flat black rust inhibitor spray paint and a heavy steel bristle brush. I did this on my last rides drums, brush the HELL outta the drums to clean the rust and crap off and to set the surface to accept paint. The give them maybe 3 coats of the flat black rust inhibitor paint. When you put your rims on the drums more or less disappear into the shadows. for god sake whatever you do dont paint your drums red or yellow as for the fronts do whatever you want
