i like the tails and the headlights, but are those bulbs bad for the wiring harness? I think it was Hopie who started a thread when he saw his melted wires?

 

i've had them for almost a year and i checked my harness a week ago. looks fine

Yo i got some luminics "pure blue" bulbs for my 02' lancer. Yo, they are the BLUEST you can get before HID. seriously - they are the best bulbs out - can see quite a lot, and the best part is that there is like super REFLECTION on everything on the road. Now, if seeing cops is a bad thing for you , these help with reflective pieces on cars on the side of the road. Nice pics Though!

 

I was running some aftermarket, "non name" bulbs from ebay for a while , and i used to drive w/ my high beams on ALL the time, cause the crappy blacked out housing i bought from ebay a while back, had diagonal headlight beams, and i couldn't see without driving w/ the "hi's" on. so i melted teh sh*t out of my bulbs AND wires, and had to buy new connecters(with wires) from the dealership and long story short. all bulbs are fine, if you're not driving w/ the high beams on from day and night. seriously. i'm a dumba**
