heres a bit of an odd question . . how does the hood latch work with that front bumper/hood configuration ? I was thinking about it last night and the way the stocj latch works it doesnt seem like it would be in the right place with that type of hood . . .

car is looking good.
I like the look of the side pillars painted to match rather then the black. that looks great. Not to sure why the hood doesnt come with the intake vent cut out to work, thats kinda pointless.
Wheels are a good choice, imo. Get some more pics of daytime and of different angles, like the rear. id like to see them. Turbo will be awsome.

I ask myself the same question. I used some mesh and just cut out a small squre for the hood release lever.

Looks good man, My side skirts and rear bumper are on order. Did you install the kit yourself, or did a body shop do it? I may have a few questions for you regarding the rear bumper. Let me knowPM.

^lol. jajaja. it works for me tho.
for the hood latch, yea it did require a little tweeking. but heres how i did it. I installed the mesh there but i had to cut the latch in 1/2 so it would fit behind the mesh. everythings fine untill, oh, whats that!, i cant open my hood! crap. so, i figure out that when i pop my hood and the safety latch catches, i can reach my hand under the hood and manually undo the latch from the hood with my fingers. give it a whorl, it works.

Why dont you save yourself all the trouble and just install some strong hood pins from Sparco or whatever?

i got the rims off of ebay and could not even find out the company who made them. the guy said they were specially made and i did some research but couldn't find much on them. they were about 780 for the rims, tires were only a few hundred. i think i made out "ok".
i actually have some sparco pins sittin on my bureau, i'm just nervous about drilling into my hood. (u know, its hard to come by $ for a new hood when ur 16...meh)
