Ok, everyone that has looked around this message board, had seen bad things about Accolade, now I am a customer service rep for a major cell phone carrier, and I know that message boards and customer service lines, usually always get the complaints, so I am asking for everyone that ever had a good experience with Accolade, please post it here, cause i want to order a kit, and i know how the bad always rises, for exp. you make 1000 kits 10 ship out bad, that is not a bad ratio it happens, so thanks
