New from Australia, Pics of my car included.

Hi everyone,
I'm new around here so let me introduce myself, I'm Matthew and I come from Australia, I found this forum a few days back and really like what the cars I've seen so far.
Anyway here's a few shots of mine, I have been undecided on whether to keep my eyelids or not, makes it look more agressive which I like.

The eyelids are a little bit brighter than the rest of the car but they are stick on, not fibreglass so not much could be done.
Let me know what you think, thanks guys.

Regards Matty

I like your ride. The front bumper and side skirts are pretty sweet. If I were you I would keep the eyelids. I think it's a nice but subtle touch. Welcome to the boards.

Thanks everyone.
I'll get the steering wheel prob checked out, never noticed that lol, just kidding.
The wheels are "Speedy, Holotype-R"
I was often worried about losing light range and output due to the eyelids, however I don't think I have lost much at all. anyone else with this model and eyelids have any light loss?

Matt

Nice one! Front bumper looks great!! Eyelids and the rest too, where'd you get em?
You should check out chowetimes Lancer, the work getting done to it is awesome!

Alexman - I think only the Evo's here come in AWD, haven't heard of any other Lancer in Australia not being an FWD

Unfortanatly we can't get AWD Lancers that I know of, only EVO's.
No mods yet gonna keep her as is at this stage until warranty runs out. One exterior mod I want to do is the Projector headlights, however I don't know of anyone in Australia that stocks them and I don't know of any US companies that will ship them to Aus. If anyone can shed some light on that, that would be awesome.

Regards Matt

If you ask nicely im sure someone here would be willing to recieve a set for you then ship then out to you, hell of alot cheaper then having the vendor do it.

The bodykit is made by a company here in Aus called Talon I'm not sure if they ship overseas or have an agent overseas, but here's there site http://www.talonbodystyling.com.au/
That would be great if someone could do that for me regarding the headlights, will they work properly and safely in my Australian model, seeing as they are made for US model??
