I got some new rims. Was never happy with my 17's. The car is going to be an all year driver from now on (no more winter breaks) so I went with 16's to make it more useful. I put Toyo Proxes 4 on them for year round tires. There is an Eibach Pro-kit on the car too. I swear Slipstreams are the hottest rims for any small import car and Rota makes a damn fine product. $898 shipped from Mach III.

I like the look of the 17's better than the 16's but I wanted utility too.

My car is 4 years old and has 32,000 on it. I don't drive it because of snow and because I did't want to change rims all the time but after last fall my tires were shot on the old rims and I was sick of the ****ty ride and looking for bumps. I am also sick of driving my beater MX6 so the yellow car turns into the commuter and I am looking for a truck.

But even if its a daily driver year round its still gotta look good.

 

i understand....my car is at the point where it needs to sit in the garage...im getting a truck and a trailor soon so i can trailor the lancer to shows instead of driving it to shows....

 

Makes me want to get the slipstreams even more. The black looks great with yellow. Now for me to get a set in bronze for my white lancer.
