Talking evo 8 wing?

Does anyone know of a evo8 wing that will mount to the original holes for the stock OZ wing? I have asked people and they say that they had to drill new holes. So do i havce to drill new holes or do they make an exact fit wing? It would be awesome if you guys had some pics to post up for me too.

on an evo VII or VIII wing you dont have to drill new holes but I would recomend drilling the 3'rd hole just so it is more secure. especially the evo VII since it does have a larger base and will sway side to side a bit.

this has been answered a lot. try searching next time.

if you have an ES that never had a wing ya youre drilling holes. If not its a perfect fit, i believe we installed mine in 3 minutes Theres even an Evo 8 style wing that uses the center hole on the OZ trunk deck so you dont have to fill it.

I used the orginal holes; no extra drilling needed. Didn't even put new adhesive underneath it. I just recommend that you do the proper thing and putty the middle hole and fill it properly and paint.

Just make a template of the under-side of the wing and drill accordingly... not hard at all.

there are places under the trunk lid that show where factory holes should go - it was easy to see. sort of a circular outline on each side of the trunk..

only problem will be patching the holes from the OZ spoiler... the center ones... unless you didn't have one to begin with... but that's few and far between...

djo521 who started this thread has an oz. He should and will need to take it to a shop, get it filled and re-painted. but like 05es and I said, drill the 3'rd hole as well so it is more secure.

I am pretty sure our EVO 8 wing does not require drilling any holes if you had an OZ wing on it. Can someone confirm this on our wings?

They dont need another hole drilled but to make it more secure I would advise to drill the 3'rd one... since I do believe there is 3. On the VII I got from you guys there is 3 holes.
