Hold up...
I had those same springs from Megan Racing that were for the Evo 8, and they didnt fit, cus they were to wide (front ones).
How did you get them to fit snug in the Struts cup part without it overlapping?
Thats what happened to me...

Now I feel bad for selling my springs, I thought I got jacked, cus they didnt fit...

Do explain this...

i knw what ur talkin bout but they fit for me. my springs were a little big but not too bad to where they wouldnt fit

When you painted the wheels did you sand them at all or just sprayed over?

I have had those same springs or like 2 years. I had no fitment problems at all.

if ur gonna paint ur rims i would suggest scuffing them with a scuff pad...no sanding needed. i painted mine black and they look great.
