Regardless if it is a male or female, I don't like when a Lancer has an Evo badge, but I was just complimenting the rest of the car. I just felt it was unnecessary to say "TAKE THE EVO BADGE OFF!!!" since so many have already said it.

I personally think she (I'm sorry, I don't know your name) should get more respect than she has gotten simply based on the amount of time and effort (not to mention $) put into this project. Sure, pink may not be the color of choice for the fellas...and blah blah blah EVO badge this, EVO badge that, but at least she isn't driving a plain Lancer with wheels and tint as the only mods. There is some thought and work put into this car and I'm sure she is quite proud of it. So what's the point in busting her ba...well, you know.

I know everyone is entitled to their opinion...my opinion is .
I remember seeing this car way back when on Cardomain, and I have personally enjoyed watching it's progression to what it is now. Keep it up.

I don't see why money and time should be a merit of respect. There are plenty of honda's driving around with thousands of dollars in exterior mods but I doubt people respect them.

that is a very nice ride....for a chick or not. It's very well done and tasteful for that matter! You need to drop it like it's hot though. For your car, since you're going more for bling, an air ride would suit well. Someone is selling one in the forsale forums actually.

At first glance it looked like a girly version of Kondtradictions old ride. For those who don't know Kontra, you missed out...he was, and still was in my books, the best Lancer ever all around!

You are absolutely correct...people don't always get the respect that may be due. The only point I was trying to make is, she has put a lot of time and effort into her car and the majority seem to be quick to put it down. As a car enthusiast, I am just trying to support what she has done. This is her concept of what a Lancer should look like. The only thing her car and mine have in common is, they are both black. Would I paint my calipers and drums pink...nope. Would I have pink and silver graphics...nope, not a graphics kinda guy. Do I appreciate the fact that she has molded her car into what she was after...yes I do. None of this is even worth an argument. Just trying to show some support, ya know?

I think you are focusing on the money aspect of my comment a bit too much. I haven't put a ton of money into my Lancer because my wife would kick me in the jimmy, but I love it. Lots of other people in my area like it as well...and I'm sure some don't because it is simply not their taste...and that's ok. The long and short of it is, I could give a rat's a$$ if you are a big fan of her car, my car, or my grandma's car. Time, effort and forethought shouldn't equal at least some respect from one car enthusiast to another. I thought that's why we were all here. We can always just agree to disagree though too...it's cool.

i like teh pink (im serious), you car should reflect you personality, and i guess it does just that...

to make the car sharper, i would repaint that front mesh black, the pink mesh kinda throws it off.

post up on SCLC, theres not as many rude people there...
