Scuffed Paint Help
looks to me like you either went REALLY deep or the paint of whatever you hit (or hit you) is rubbed off onto your bumper. If its paint from another car or anything else, try a strong cleaner to get it off. Goof off worked great on my car to get paint off after being dented by a door.

There is a little spot where it actually removed the paint, but for the most part the white lines are smooth like it was waxed, no cuts or scrapes just these damn white lines, so I don't think touch up paint is the way to go other then the one nick. Gonna try buffing when the weather gets nice

Fixed here are pics of the bumper now, turns out only one scratch and the rest was just paint. I used Meguiar's Gold Class Wax. Just rubbed real hard with a terry cloth. Most came off.
Thanks

Touch up paint can do wonders....if you know what you are doing. When I use touch up paint. I use reducer and thin it out when I first start. I put 2 or 3 coats on like that. Let it harden over night...and the next step comes with doing it more and more. But you have to work the consistency of the paint as you put more coats on. You'll probably add 2 oe 3 more coats that get gradually thicker as you go up to 1. fill in the void an 2 so it matches. I use this technique all the time and you cannot tell that it is there.....unless you stick your nose to the bumber of the car...seriously! After all that is said and done I use a very mild compound and a cotton cloth and go over it as many times as needed to level it and buff it so it blends with the factory paint. If done right....it will look like a very good, you will not notice it standing there looking at it. I used this way of doing it the 3 years I worked in a detail shop and customers would be amazed that their chip in the paint was gone! With experience you can become good at it.
