tint is alway's a first then i went for performance but i understand you don't wanna go that route so start buy little things like radio upgrade speaker upgrade eyelids are cheap and nice which you can do yourself the grill and what not then maybe rims but i htink for you a bodykit should be the absolute last thing and as for badge shavn' well that's a personal thing.
i feel most of these posts. the very first thing i got was a different shif knob. i dont know if you have a stick or not. in my opinion, girls driving a stick is hott! 
then i think i bought sum super white headlights. just little **** that didnt cost that much. which is what youre asking about. then i got my HKS muffer off eBay. it was like 60 bucks. good luck!!

The first couple things I did to my lancer was put 5% tinting all around, and bought HID 5000K headlight ($12 on ebay...)
Other than that, I got seat covers and a stearing wheel cover. Pretty cheap and it makes the inside look a little more custom. Im getting a body kit next, and then when I can afford it, a Injen CAI and (not wure which) new exhaust system. Just my $.02
