Just got the car a few weeks ago and got my CF Eye lids from RRM() today, they look great. takes some of the wimpy 06 look away.

These are my only planned mods until after the turbo kit is in, then I will get wheels/drop it(might drop it before turbo, we will see)..

Anyways, I am extremly bored right now and figured another thread in the show and shine couldnt hurt! Excuse the dirty car..









I was thinking about painting the housing black/gunmetal, but would it look weird now with these, or make the eyelids a pointless purchase because the CF and housing color will make the headlight just all look dark?

the color of the eyelids blends nicely w/ the car color. That's the point of CF. IT's suppose to stand out... remember that. I find it pointless to see people actually paint their CF parts.

 

its wieght reduction is good too, rememeber that. o wait ur right it is a fashion statment

 

Lids look great. I have rrm's cf lids on my 02-03. one of the first mods I did. Compliment it with a cf hood and it looks like pure sex.

Oh wow! I never really looked at how the 06 grill looks...and I think it look good. A big improvement over the others.

Nice eyelids btw...

 

Black out the head light pronto then get gun metal 17" rims and a 2" drop... you will be golden
