Help choosing wheels
Those look small? Man they look pretty big to me. Trust me, if I had the chance to buy again, I would get 16's. I put those 17 inch TSW's on my car and the things look huge. Guess its personal opinion though.
Back on topic, certain cars just smallow rims. It has to do with the lines of the car, how high the beltline (Window relationship to ground) is, etc. The 350Z is another car that swallows rims. I used to think the Lancer made rims look small, but I think in person 17's on a Lancer look huge.
Another bit of info, if you want 17's to look bigger, get a rim thats spokes extend to the very edge of the lip, not curve back in. It gives the illusion of a bigger rim. Once I get pictures of my car, Ill show you what I mean.
