I will be buying new rims next week and was wondering what you guys think of these rims.... If anyone could photoshop these on a white lancer oz with eyelids, cf wing, side reflectors, and cf hood soon to come.

They are Exel TZ-10 Gunmetal of Black with Inner Polish. Dont know wheather to get them in 17's or 18's. Suggestions will be appreciated. Not sure about the 18's cause it was a bumpy enough of a ride with my last 17's. Do you think its better in Gunmetal or Black??????

But dont forget that the white on my car has a pearl to it. So I can never trully get a white rim that looks the same.

 

Yeah, don't get white rims. I'd actually say gunmetal would be best - the Pearl is kind of a "dulled" white and the gunmetal is a dulled "black". The word "dulled" in this case not being used in a negative way. I think that just makes it more balanced to have pearl/gunmetal. White/Black would also be cool, but you're not repainting your car for your rims I'm guessing...

And get the 17s - I'm sure you guys in Jersey have potholes too... The 17s should be more than enough cornering stability without sacrificing all your comfortable ride. The 18s are probably of only a neglible improvement in performance anyway...

those rims are sweet, id say get them in gunmetal..or if that doesnt work get silver. black might be too black and white might be too white..i was actually looking at those rims myself too

 

yeah, go with the gunmetal's. i forgot about the "pearl" white. and 17's for sure. 18's are that much heavier, and you'll be scraping your wheelwell on every little bump.

 

I just wish someone would photoshop these rims on. I think it'll look hot as hell.

I dont know.. It might still go good on white even tho your car is pearl white... It will still look badd azz!

 

Man, this style of rim is so popular right now.... Do you guys think its cuz they make the rim look bigger than say a rim with a lip?? I"m still a big fan of the Velox Vx8's w/ the polished lip, i dont think i like the polished lip behind the spokes.. anyway.. the rims are nice, go gunmetal17

 

yeah, i have rims that look pretty simular to that one on my car right now. I think the gun metal will look really good with your car. if i could get rims again, i would go with a more rally inspired look.

 

Im definitely going with the 17's. But Im wondering what size tires fits our cars the best. Does the 235/45/17 tires fit without having the take out wheel well???

 

go with the gunmetal 17's. what are you doing with your old rims?? i need a set of 17's
