importfan.com sells evo 7 kits, however i do not know if it requires JDM headlight conv. However the front bumper is only like 159 or so.......

you have to look under aerodynamics, and then search under bumper, hood ect.

 

Is it even the same kit as import fan's?
The one on www.carmate.com.au is better looking, but maybe it's casue it's apinted or whatever.
I do like the kit. Can anyone get the price? Carmate has not replied to me.
