Does anyone of a good set of fogs that would fit nicely in the left and right bumper openings? I'm not looking to just get a set of the standard round or oval lights though. I want to try and find something that might be a nice, snug fit in there. If not I'll probably just get one of the aforementioned sets.

 

Well, seeing that the openings in that bumper aren't exactly round, oval, or whatever...you might want to look into making a plastic template for the entire opening and cut out the hole for the lights if that's what you're looking to do. Otherwise, I bracketed up my Catz from a little portion of the radiator support and it fit perfectly in my Ken style bumper.
