Grille definitely needs painted and the windshield wiper covers need to go. If you are going to have neons in your car you should at least hide the lights by putting them up under the dash and take out the one in the back and instead put one under each seat. It just looks tacky if you can see the neon lights during the day. I'll give you a +1 for the tails and +1 for creativity with the speaker grilles (not my style though).

paint or powder coat the rims and leave the silver lip on them it will look good....... u also need to lower the car and what every one else said bout interior and grill
