The Story of my Lancer

lol well....when i first got the car from the auction it was mine before i even saw it (not a good idea) the "guy" who previously owned the vehicle decided to "boost" the horsepower by painting the dashboard and half the doors blue and white idiot. Anyways the spoiler was torn off, the bolts from it were in the center of the trunk telling me it was probably some giant airplane wing lol, we quickly filled those in. Also the tires/wheels the "guy" bought were removed and replaced with the very worn down tires w/o the hubcaps lol, the cd player was torn out but worst of all the interior smelled of a sloppy done spray paint job I didn't care, you know why? because i had a lancer dudes!! here are some pics of it! enjoy!

at the dealership

out with the old, in with the new

(that's not me btw, im taking the picture duh)

I repainted the rusted and white peeling painted drums in the back as well. with good paint this time, sry "guy"

comments and ideas appreciated

UPDATE INTERIOR PIC. (maybe i should just clean it up around the edges and keep the look?)

and due to the fact that it's auto, i dont wanna throw too much money into it becaust i want to drive manual, and for that reason i want to spend more time on the engine and learn how to work on the horses

good call changing the wheels, looks a lot better. not a fan of the wing, but it's gotta be better than watever was on it like you originally said. all in all looks good. I can see the blue on the dash, so I was just wondering if you got pics of the interior and do you plan to change it.

I might take some tommorow, but i do plant to repaint it black dispite the many fans i attract who love it >.>
and the only problem i find with the spoiler is that its dead center with the back window making it hard to see if there's a cop following me lol

if you move your seat closer to the steering wheel a little you should be able to see under the spoiler. i had this same problem with my VII wing and that along with adjusting my rear-view mirrors was how i fixed it.

you need skirts and bumper lips pretty bad.

You need a lip kit and to get rid of those tail lights. Otherwise, nice car. Where in Maryland are you located?

Judging by the front bumper in the first pic, it seems like the "guy" who had the car before you had fog lights drilled into the FB, you might want to fill those holes in too...

Goto www.roadracemotorsports.com and look for the reflectors below in there dress up catagory. I don't like the orange reflectors.
