Damn. That's a lot of bugs.

Though nothing like hitting blackflies and junebugs up here. When they make a "thud" noise and explode like a water balloon... that's gross.

And salt does trash your car, but so long as you go for basic rustproofing and get it checked every now and again, it's OK. You learn to deal with it. Though your car will NEVER look good in winter for long...

 

i havent had that problem where i live, but we do have a problem with the heat and when you sweat outside you got like millions of freakin NATS around you!

 

It's not just Florida. It's the whole Gulf South all the way from Florida to Texas. I hate those little buggers. Avon Skin-So-Soft seems to get rid of them pretty well, though.

Just came from Colorado and there are plenty of bugsplats on my car from them. Not sure what kind as they are unrecognizable. Worst was all the damn grasshoppers through West Texas though.

 

Anyone I know?
