Paint chipping and more...

Hi all. I purchaced a Lancer OZ '02 back in november. Yellow. My very first brand new car! I like it alot. Anyways, I noticed about 2 months ago some chips in the paint on the bottom door panel. I didn't think anything of it, it was hidden from the outside. Now it's starting to show more and more and I have a line of chipping paint surrounding the the entire car( under the doors ). Not only this but my poor car is a magnet for idiots to hit my car with their doors so now I have little red paint blotches all over, well all over front & ft passenger side doors... (now I know why some people freak out about it, it never bothered me til I got a brand spankin new car) Some areas actually have little tiny cuts thru the paint. Now I mad. I'm not completely understanding the warranty on the paint. This is the first time I've ever had a warranty on a car. I'm not used to this Is it possible that the chipping paint could be under warranty??? And as for the blotches from other cars, what would be the best way to remove(or cover) these? Also I have a paper signed by the sales associate & manager stating they owe me a detailing because the vehicle was just brought there that day and they didn't have time to do this.... if I took my car in for the detailing would they fix the chipping paint and or remove these blotches? This may be weird too.. I found a paper in the paperwork that says "delivery inspection". It has a place for the seller and they buyer to sign. They never asked me for this so.. I dunno. I bought the car from a local Mitsubishi dealer & it had under 20 miles on it. Any advice would be greatful.. Thanks.
