Angry My new wheels came

So my wheels finally came from wheel max after taking almost 2 weeks for delivery. I ordered some gun metal wheels(Exel Roel 17's) and 215/45/17 tires. What did they send me? Silver ones with 215/40/17 tires. WOW!!!! I didn't think I would have to wait so long for the wrong product. ANYHOW, I'll post the pics of the wheels after I get them on tonight. I will also post some pics of them after I get my Eibach springs put on. I know there are a lot of people out there that want to see before and after pics to compare ride height. Later all.

Wait, so did you clear things up with them? I would hope so before you install em.

I am calling them to find out what they have me down as ordering just to see if it was the salesman who screwed this up or if they decided substituting similar wheels and tires was acceptable. We'll see what comes of it.

I decided I like the silver enough not to send them back and wait for gun metal. Too much hassle. After all, for $699 it really isn't worth the time and trouble packing these *****es up and getting a return number and having UPS come and get em' then waiting 6 weeks for the gunmetal. They'll do for now. I am planning on getting some forged wheels in August so these will most likely end up in the for sale forum by then anyway.

You're better off with the 215/40's anyway, the 45 series are bigger and you'll run into probs with rubbing, especially if you are lowering your car.
