I can answer a few of those for him I think, correct me if im wrong. lol
-they are evo VIII tails. I think he did a custom job and ambered out the turn signals.
-It says Lancer on his grill. small badge off a evo i think.

Yeah boi you are correct. What I have on my tails is an amber overlay and I also did my side turn signals.

I say, leave the amber reflectors on the bumper. The amber side blinkers add a nice touch also.
