from what i understand, fiberglass is more rigid and prone to craking than polyurethane... but i have heard that high quality fibreglass works very well... but i am by no means an expert of any kind.

i believe no one is answer to ur question cuz this question/answer can be found by doing a simple "search".

u'll see that there are alot of definition, including one made by me.

but just for ur quick reference, 2 main materials body kits are made of are:

-polyurethane (rubbery plastic and flexible, all stock OEM bumpers are made from this)
-fiberglass (like he said, its very rigid and tend to crack easy. its also heavier).

urethane is better man, fiberglass becoms duct tape madness...

i blieve accolade makes hpp plastic, supposedly VERY strong and light and flexible.
