well the first thing I went with was the short ram intake...check out road races site...they have awesome parts...one of the most visible mods is to lower the car. The progress lowering springs that road race has are awesome I love mine. and all of their stuff isnt outrageously priced. Just a little food for thought....

easy in a way...if you have access to a shop with a good size air compressor and air tools then yes...very easy...if not its kind of expensive to get someone to install them...atleast it is around here...I like my rims, also the OZ...it stands out but not too much. alot of people dont even realize they are only 15's...and hey...the tires arent outrageously expensive for a wheel that small

ya im good friends with the owner or a local shop so tools wont be a problem.
I wanted to get like 16" rims with some low profile tires,
dunno if i should get white rims or go with black.

most people will tell you no on springs, and good coilovers will cost near a thousand.
get an intake, get a pulley, exhaust, piggyback :P just some ideas on performance mods

REPRESENT 2002.

don't waste your time or money on springs. get coilovers or don't drop the car. i have a set of TEIN basics and i love them.

you will also want to upgrade your rear sway bar and the perches. this shouldn't even run you $150 shipped and you WILL notice a difference in handling. again, you can get this stuff from RRM.

definitely make your own SRI. all you need is the stock intake piping that bends to connect to the airbox, and a MAF adapter from autozone or ebay. you may also want to secure the MAF adapter somewhere so the entire assembly doesn't flop all over and destroy your cone, or worse yet pull a wire out of your MAF wiring harness.

you can probably black out your reflectors with a can of VHT niteshades. a few light coats should do the trick. you can also paint the front grille. six or so bolts (i think), and it comes right out. from there you can take out the inserts and paint that chrome "g-string". you can even leave the inserts out, fill the spots with wire mesh, and then paint the whole thing black. getting rid of the chrome is a great free mod.
