Here some pics of my new wheels, new interior lights and painting.
wheels don't have center caps on yet because the lugs nuts i have on are too long, im gonna be getting new ones this week

I painted the gauge cluster, shifter surround, door handles, window controls, heater control knobs and dash window vents all gunmetal silver to match the brushed aluminum piece on the dash, it is pretty much an exact color match

what do ya think????

Looks good, now all you need exterior wise is a new grill and a drop. What paint did you use for the interior, it looks really nice. How did you paint the shifter surround, did you just tape it off?

the bulbs are lighttrikz, i got them from another member for $15.50, including the radio (im sending him my old one)
the paint color i used is gunmetal metallic. i got it at autozone
and as for the shifter surround, when i was installing my lights i just pulled up the entire center console, because i was curious about painting the shifter. Basically underneath the center console, the entire shifter sorround comes apart. You will see once you remove everything.
Its pretty sweet, all you need to take apart the entire interior of the car is a phillips head screwdriver and a butter knife

and thanks for the positive feedback lads

yeh i wash the car at least once a week, try to keep it clean. the funny thing is, most of the time its dirty. My house is surrounded by trees, so constantly have leaves, sticks and dripping sap all over my car. I have to park my car on grass/sand, so the wheels are always dirty. And finnally we have about 10 cats around our house and they always sleep on the hood, so i have paw prints and fur all over it.
if i didn't wash it as often as i do it would be trashed. Thankfully im getting married so i will be getting my own cat/tree/sand free house

i was thinking that i may leave the car silver. I was originally planning on spraying it blue. But the new wheels match the silver so well i may just leave it.
heres an old photoshop of the car blue

you think i should leave it silver?????
