Crack in bumper?
Crack in bumper?
I have a question....is it possible for the bumper to be cracked, but the paint doesn't have the crack in it?
About 2-3 weeks ago, someone backed into my car and took some paint off. My car was dirty so I really couldn't see any other damage. Once it FINALLY stopped raining here, the car was washed and it looked like the bumper is shifted a bit in a spot (I hope someone understands what I mean!), the other side is not like that.
Just wondering if this is a possibility or if I'm just losing my mind

it happened to my co-worker. his bumper got torn from his fender in a way (he has a jetta) and its because he ran over a rock and backed up. theres no scratches but the plastic clip holding the 2 together snapped because the jetta is a piece of ****, but just check that out. Ill see what else I can think of. 
actually now i remember some crap car who had a huge crack over the front wheel fender. It was a saturn actually and i was like what a weird looking crack because the paint was intact. I guess some cars just cant take the heat. (i dunno if that helps but whatever)
