and he didn't mention: "oh, byyyyy theee waaaay.... a corner of it is missing"
I'd put him on blast and call him out on the boards if he didn't.
* that is of course if he...
a) didn't tell you
b) won't refund you
I just don't get how that happens, it looks like it was cutt off

Hmm... well if it's both you might be able to work some fiberglass magic to both sides and they'd end up looking identical.
then you can claim you have a custom Vis Hood!
Seriously though, let others know so they don't get ripped off

If it was both corners, he prolly had it standing up on them and either dropped it or something, breaking off both corners. But yeah, let us know at least who the member was.

Wtf!! That is definately from the shipment. They told me they had no problem boxing it for me. Like you said, its as if they were cut!! If you look on my thread, the corners are still intact. I'm gonna notify UPS and try and get them to pay for the damages. I still have the reciepts and pictures of course. Man, I apologize bro.

Found chunks of cf in the box the hood came in. ups did not use any foam or bubble rap. they just put it in a box and that was it. If some one plans to ship something fragile like that they should let them know to protect it with something or lable it as fragile. I dont blame the seller, just the shipper.

Damn, I'd definately give ups a call cause that's BS, they should know something that big and fragile needs some sort of wrapping. DId the box have any sort of "fragile" notification on it?
