Rims, Wheels, Fitament Etc

Rims, Wheels, Fitament Etc
What's up all?
Okie, where do I start. So yeah I wanted some Titanium OZ Supperleggera's for my Yellow OZ. I order from this place in B.C., Canada and the order goes through, I go to western union and send the money and get an email shortly after I get home saying they "don't have any in stock and the website is incorrect". So I'm pissed off.
Anyways I found a really nice set of Racing Hart Evolution C2's for sale at a nearby shop. So since the Supperleggera's are out of the question now, I guess I'm going to go with these things.
Now I'm no n00b and I did a search on tire sizes, fitament for rims etc. I even went into some peoples profiles to see what works and what no one has.
Anyways these rims are 17x7.5 4x114.3, which, correct me if I am wrong, will fit 215 tires? I don't think there is a general consensus on whether 215's will rub or not, so if someone with 215's can let me know I'd appreciate it. I'd love to have that extra grip especially with my turbo kit coming, but I don't want serious rub.
2nd question is, the offset is 42mm...I know we are 40mm. So what does this mean....do i need spacers or are the wheels too big?

i have 2003 oz
juust put 18x7.5 42 offset and 215/35/18 nittos on 2 days ago, do nto hear anything they cleared..think urban knight has about same..look him up...but they do fit i do belive. still got to go back for check up to make sure personally..35-40 offset was recomneded and got 42 sent by mistake
