its the rrm/carbontrix front lip with the evo9 sideskirts and evo9 rear

kit was $793 +$200 for shipping so $973

then to fit it and paint it was $852

so $1825 in all........wow i never realized i spent all that

haha i could've gotten a turbo kit by now....but oh well

also, a lot of ppl have been telling me that my car looks like it needs a spoiler, i've been questioning it lately but i have no idea which spoiler to get

evo spoiler? ralliart spoiler? and i've also been considering getting one of the rexpeed lip spoilers and custom fitting it to my trunk

 

i like it , think it looks good w/o one but if u want one i would say one of those rexspeed ones and not an evo one

 

I say get the ralli//art wing RRM offers. Mabey the CF version? although yuou dont have any CF so it would look better painted. I also like the kaminari wing that RMR sells.

 

I'm an Evo wing fan myself... I think it'd look very nice with that kit.

 

i like it. it looks real clean.

and i like the rexspeed one a lot. it will keep your car looking clean and i think it would flow better

driving down i-75 and the front lip just rips off

body shop appparently doesn't cover fiberglass work, but im gonna look over the paperwork with my dad and see if we can figure something out

i really dont know what to do right now. im gonna go ahead and install the projectors that just came in...maybe it will make me feel better

worst case scenario...i have to fix everything myself and either replace the front lip, or install the RRM Evo9 front bumper i have sitting in my garage (please dont ask me if i'm selling it....just not in tthe mood right now)

so yea...opinons?

 

Yo Bro...really sorry to hear about the front lip...what do you mean it ripped off? I don't understand why the body shop doesn't cover it? So I guess you are saying that the actually lip broke and not that the lip come off where they attached it.

Best of luck with the body shop...your car looked really nice and the coilovers did help a lot...I gotta find time to do mine as well.

 

yea i'm just going to order a new lip in a few days and take it to a better shop. i think i'm going to order the eyelids as well and get everything installed at once.

but the same day i lost my lip....i got my headlights put on, so its not all bad i guess

 

i wonder how ur lip just fell off man. that sucks. nice headlights though

as far as updates go i guess a few things have happened:

I ordered another lip, a set of eyelids, and a cel eliminator for my rrm header. I have all the parts in, but they sent me a set of eyelids for the 02-03 so I'm waiting for them to send out the correct eyelids befor I take the car to the shop.

I got my k-sport coilovers installed today, but I still need to get it alligned.

I got the cel eliminator installed, but I thought it was supposed to go on the header, so that's what I told the mechanic to do. Apparently I was wrong and the eliminator is supposed to go on the second cat.

So, tomorrow I'm getting the car alligned, and fixing the cel eliminator problem.

Hopefully by next week my car will be in the shop.

 

Yea I plan on getting foglights soon, but right now my next mod is gonna be the RMM Piggyback. I'm gonna see how much money I have after the lip is installed, and if I can afford it, I'll definitely order the piggyback and the foglights, and possibly an Injen CAI.

 

I'm blaming it on the body shops poor workmanship, but I just realized something after receivin my new lip. The first lip I got came in white with no bolts, nuts, or washers attached to it. This new lip I have came in black with bolts, nuts, and washers already in the lip (which I think is how everyone else received their lips). So that could have added to the problem, but the body shop still should've been able to fi tit properly, but oh well.
