Evo 8 Steering Wheel On Oz!!!!

Finally got my Evo steering wheel with airbag for a really good price.....installing it was not as hard as some people made it seem...the only thing you gotta watch out for is the airbag!!!!...

STOCK...

did you lose your cruise control wuth the wheel swap (if so why)?? or chose not to install it??

You can just relocated it I think, or maybe do some custom re-molding into some existing panels

It didn't take long at all....the longest part was waiting after unplugging the battery....its very simple to install...i got a pretty good deal on it...i got it for $200 bills cant find a better deal than that .... oh yeah and about the cruise control....i just unplugged it..i never really used it so i didnt mind...

yeh... you cant reuse stock cruise with the wheel swap due to the fact that the stock controls are physically on the wheel. You would have to figure out a way to use some other controls and mount them somewhere.

I have heard that these wheels wont mount properly to an 06 for some reason. Can anyone confirm or disprove this, because I really want that wheel!
