Hey..Guys, I put my new TEIN coilover to my car yesterday, it is really nice but I don't know how to set up those "damping force" it can adjust on the top of the shocks. I feel my car has jumping feeling when I driving and those feeling it is make me crazy>.<.....so guys please tell me how to adjust the damping force....and if any of you has TEIN also please tell me which side is Soft and which side is Hard because I lost my TEIN owner's manual so please....

Clockwise hardens them. Turn till it stops clicking for very hard suspension, also check the height on the coilover....I think it is supposed to be 90mm. If your height is +/- from that it will feel a bit different too. When turning counter clockwise, don't go past 12 turns. (even though the softest setting is super bouncy and no one would ever want theri susp. there). Have fun and check out www.calslam.net
