you have to have it filled...or weld it shut yourself. then get it repainted.
just go to a body shop. they will bondo it for you and most likely repaint your whole trunk.
if you get the wing painted along with the trunk.

Why don't you spend some time actually posting something helpful, instead of flaming and telling people what to do.
I know what the search button is, But it's not the easiest thing in the world to find 3 year old posts "Dear god, this has been covered since people first started putting evo wings on the lancer back in live 03"
