Don't bother, he's had it a while. Seats are alright, be nice to see how the dye holds up though.

Sparco even claims that many people dye their fabric/seats, and it responds quite well. Thats where I got the go-ahead (I called Sparco directly) as well as from a Master in Fabric Dyes on How-To.

Looks good I think. But it will be interesting to see how it holds up. A friend of mine dyed his interior and if you rub the dash and carpet hard enouph... the dye comes off. lol

What's with the silver stripe going across the bottom of the rear seat? We shall see how well the dye holds up. The problem with aftermarket dyeing is that it is never as good as manufacturer's can do it.

I did do it right, their isnt just a single "right way" to do something.
They dont need re-upholstering. However, I coulda purchased the entire seat fabric, new, in whatever color, right from Sparco (which they offered to me) and just replaced/swapped it that way. However they also suggested dying, stating that customers do it often, and have had success on their fabric.
Its still woulda cost more however otherwise
I got 'em on eBay for 450 bucks shipped ( FOR BOTH!!!)
So I thought.. "Im not passing up this deal... I can dye these."
If I were to buy them new in Black, theyde cost 550 Bucks each, still not including shipping. F-That..
I think its was the smart choice, honestly.

The Silver line some of you asked about, is actually White.
The Evo Rear Seat (Upper/Back Part) doesnt quite fit, the Lancer.
Thats actually a gap between the seats, which I have yet to figure out a way to close.
