the side, 100%. whether or not it is an evo is irrelevant to whether or not it looks good.

I live in California and i'm not sure what the law says here but I took my front plate off and i've been pulled over before and none of the cops mentioned anything! I think it looks way better with no plate, but if I had to pick I would say the side

yes i did bend it a little and didnot drill any holes on my bumper

no i live in puerto rico were the temp it's always 90deg high so it's really hot all year round.i have some strong *** velcro behind it.good luck bro,take a look at this, oh my gosh what have i done to my engine ,so off topic

Hey solsonic, I found a nice gloss paint that is white that I think would look sick.
