No. That's the one that comes on the GTS, and is rumored to be on the RA. The Evo wing is a traditional big one.

Also, I find it funny that you shaved the 'Lancer' off the back of your car, but got the license plate that says it...

Now you need the GTS rims or some nice aftermarket ones

 

I wanted to keep the Lancer name. I just didn't like the Mitsubishi and Lancer badges on the rear of the trunk.
