You guys do realize that these pictures of kits you are posting from thailand or wherever are mostly custom pieces one-off parts. A lancer owner goes to a custom body shop asks for a custom piece and they make it as a cut and paste.. im not sure why anyone would pay $700+ on sea shipping alone, this doesnt include overland and customs.. when you add it all up, you are better off going to a custom body shop yourselves and buying a cwest evo bumper or gialla evo bumper from us and have them mould it to your stock bumper, you would probably save well over $1900+ buying the parts in these photos that we sell for the Evo and modding it to your car vs. importing etc.

Hey Dave,
I was wondering if you guys had a rear bumper that sit that smooth against the back of the car. My zip code is 71227.

Im not a fan of body kits but that rear bumper is nice.

It's not necessarily cheaper to go to a custom body shop and have them mold a front bumper. It all depends on the shop... of course it would be cheap to go to a shop that does a so-so job if you don't mind getting the Mickey Mouse Special. Custom body shops that actually do great work aren't cheap... in the end you'll end up paying just about as much, whether you get a bumper imported or you go the custom body shop route.

It is much more expensive to import what was posted trust me, many of the members are not like us and have the luxury of being close to the ports... Overland rates? way out the door, especially if they ship on crates which would be the standard also getting a bumper all the way from Thailand or Malaysia etc. is totally different price wise compared to getting JDM parts sent from Japan, because Japan ships so much to us and are closer they have much better rates..

You will save alot of money going custom. But nobody needs to take my advice, someone be brave and wire transfer funds to Burma to get one of these bumpers and let us all know how it turns out.

I don't like how the sides flare out. Looks cheap.

Better... I think the fenders need to be molded better so it flows into the rest of the car...

well....... thats what a wide body does... you might just be looking for a mild fender flare...

I meant the sides of the front bumper... not the fender flares.

I would actually like to have those fender flares... but that front bumper needs some serious revising/redesigning.
