thank you for the information i need a little bit more though. i can buy parts of it corret? and not the whole kit? also i have heard that the picture that is on the site is an actual Evo X and not a lancer with the kit so my question is do you have an actual picture of a regular lancer with the Kit installed so i can see how close it comes?

if that kit is $2850 ill be damn! they might have lowered it just to get rid of it. the whole kit is confusing. i dont know how the rear panel is attach to the door. duct tape? it saids bolt-on. you cant have one part without having the other or it wont fit right. somebody just get the damn kit already!

the rear fender flares are riveted on and then a body shop will fill it in and smoothen it all out so it looks factory.

to be honest i would just buy the front fenders..because the rear ones..hardly anyone would notice..i personally think the rear ones are a waste of 350$

took me a while looking on an real evo just to figure out the difference..

i dont understand why you guys would just want the front fenders. the front fender actually sticks out a lot where it meets the side skirts, so the side skirts would have to go with it too and then the rear. unless you want parts sticking out of place? i dunno.

well not just the front fenders alone my plan is to buy the kit from bodykits.com the evo style one and then sell the rear bumper and get an evo X rear bumper and then the fenders should'nt be too hard. fenders are also a lot easier to modify than say a front or rear bumper

+1

if you go wide body you'll have to get wider rims with a low offset to fill in the fender...if you dont your car will end up looking like its running on some fancy donuts that stick all the way inside the fender...

not a good look.

this is the look you want...you want the wheels to sit as flushed as possible to the fender. Depending on how wide the evo widebody is compared to your stock body you might be able to get away with using spacers on a set of aftermarket wheels...although it wont be perfect and it will take a lot of trial and error.

anyway my point being is that you cant go half widebody it would look stupid and awkward. If you get just the fronts and you get wheels that fit the widebody your rear wheels will be sticking out of the rear fender for sure and vice versa. If you dont get wider wheels they'll sink in the fender and make your wheels look really skinny and small.
