veilside andrew racing v rims

i called for an inquiry about an hour ago... $700/rim for 17x7's + $10 for every additional 1/2 inch out. haha.. for a set of these, i could turbo my car =P. i guess i'm not really that surprised tho... it is veilside.

just wondering if anyone knows of any rims that look like these... i've wanted these rims since i first bought my lancer (almost a year ago), but now i'm thinking that i'll look elsewhere.

What's the most you'd pay?

 

hmm... i'd like to wrap up a full set for somewhere around $1200-$1500 max. i kno rims aren't cheap, but i'm a broke student =P. haha, thanks

For $1200-$1500, you better start looking at Racing Hart instead of stuff like Veilside and Volk.

 

yea dude those ar emulti peice rims and hed better look at racing hart evolutions racing harts would bring him up the same creek lol those rims are hot though

edit: i found out the bottom rims are "racing hart type c5" and what i keep finding are "racing hart c5 evolution"
damn.. and i like the type c5 better, too. haha

 

lol. its funny that youre thanking them for their help when all they told you was you shouldnt get veilside. im kidding. those are good guys. but i think veilside would look gay on a cheap lancer anyways. i love the lancer and all, but its ONLY a lancer. and racing hart makes some bad *** rims. they make all the nice ones that other cheap companys copy. and it sounds like you got a lil money to toss around so go racing hart. good call yall.

 

i actually don't have big bux to toss around.. i'm a student that makes minimum wage as a cart pusher at my local albertsons, haha. and just for the record, i decided to not go veilside the second they quoted me $3000 for a set of rims

anyways, i'm really lookin into finding a deal on these type c5s... and don't get me wrong, i'd go for a cheaper brand if they looked as good as these ones do

but way too expensive for me. I can't remember the site but I believe I saw earlier that they were around $990 per wheel for 17's.

 

i saw those rims on a supra in person once.. looked really good cause the went right out to the edge of the fender and filled it up completely. i thought those would just be wayyyy too much on a lancer. can you imagine that on one of these? i couldn't even picture it on an evo....

 

I don't think I would put them on a lancer. Maybe an evo but most likely not. I just really like them and I'm sure they would look tight on a supra or something that will fit some bigger wheels.

 

Those Racing Hart C5s you're looking at are the multipiece version. Not to rain on your parade again, but those will run you upwards of 2 grand without tires.

found these on wheelmax (obviously) for only $200/rim 17x7.5.. and yes, they do come in 4lug! besides, my father owns a trucking company, so les schwab will cut me a deal on tires if i just bought rims and brought em in.

these ones are 17x7 4lug and are only $800 for rims and tires.. but it's some g-racing (giovanna?) company that i've never heard of. don't really wanna have regrets, haha


why can't they just give me the rims i want for like, $1000... eh?

 

i like racing hart m5's. i have a question. how wide can the rims be so that it wont stick out on the lancer?

 

7.5" shouldn't be a problem.
